1 Owner! Clean Carfax! It took Toyota long enough to bring back their heavy hitter's name, and while some balked with the 4 cylinder option, let's take a look at the performance info quick! Even with the 2.0 Turbo under the hood, it makes a healthy 255 horsepower and 295 ft lbs of torque. Now think about it, the 1993 Supra Turbo with a 6 cylinder pumped out 315 ft lbs of torque from the factory. This 2021 GR 2.0 clicks off a quarter mile time of 13.7 seconds out the box, compared to the 1993 Turbo's 13.1 second quarter mile....So yes, there's potential to grow the 2.0's performance if your heart desires, and Toyota claims the platform is open to mod's and capable of harnessing the extra power as well! This particular Supra is finished in Absolute White, which is a pretty dang good looking color to show off the bodylines and curves on this latest generation. The original owner added tint, but besides that I didn't see or notice any other mod's at this time, and you carry the balance of the warranty to the next owner.With all that being said, it really boils down to an old school vs. new school look and feel for you. I personally love the looks of older vehicles, but it's hard to deny the amount of progress that's been made with even just the interior plastics. The powertrain was much more driver engaged in the old school models, but if you're not mechanically inclined, there's nothing wrong with dealer warranty on this Supra.
